What are Call Detail Records (CDRs)? CDRs are a list of the calls placed for each Phonevite™. Each call will show a record of the following:   • Name of recipient (if in Phone Group)   • Phone Number   • Call Start Time   • How long the message played for   • RSVP (if any)   • Message-back (if any)   • Duration of the call   • Cost of the call   • Result of the call
