I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "forgot password?" in the top right hand corner (if you don't see the link, it means you are logged in).

You will then be prompted to enter your email address and verified phone number. We will then issue a temporary password which you can change, after you login, in the Profile page.


If you do not receive an email immediately or have any other questions or concerns, please contact customer support at support@phonevite.com.
What is "remember me"?
"Remember me" is a feature that allows you to save your login and password in your computer so that you do not need to type it every time you come to our site.

We recommend you use this feature if you are the only person using your computer. The feature should not be used for public computers that are used by many people.
How do I change my email address?
Please contact customer support at support@phonevite.com with the new email address and we will update it from our end.
