1.How do I schedule a Phonevite?
To schedule a Phonevite broadcast, simply open the Scheduler under "3. Choose Options" . Fill in the date and time, and then click on the Scheduled Send button.

Please note that voice messages will be delivered at approximately the scheduled time. Due to the multiple number of calls that need to be placed, we cannot guarantee exact time delivery.
2.How far can I schedule a Phonevite?
Phoneviteâ„¢ allows you to schedule a Phonevite up to 90 days in advance.
3.What is Daylight Saving Automatic Adjustment?
Daylight Saving Automatic Adjustment instructs our servers to automatically adjust the clock when Daylight Saving time changes occur. As a default, the Daylight Saving Automatic Adjustment option is checked. However, there are some regions and municipalities (e.g. Arizona, Hawaii) that do not observe Daylight Saving Time.
4.How accurately will scheduled calls be placed?
The Phonevite voice messages will be delivered at approximately the scheduled time. Due to the multiple number of calls we process, we cannot guarantee exact time delivery.
