What is the RSVP option? How does it work?
When you send a Phonevite™, you can request an RSVP from the recipients of your message. At the end of the message, they will hear "The Sender requests your RSVP: press 1 for Yes, press 2 for NO, press 3 for NOT SURE". You can then check the RSVP's that the recipients enter in the My Phonevites section.
How do I check the RSVP responses?
Go to the My Phonevites page and click the appropriate Phonevite™.
Click on "Call Detail Records" to see the list of all phone calls within the Phonevite™.
Under each number called, you will see the RSVP response, if any.
What is the Message-back option and how does it work?
When you send a Phonevite™, you can request a Message-back from the recipients of your message. At the end of the message, (and after RSVP option, if also selected), they will hear "You can now leave a message-back for the original sender" and they will be prompted to record a message-back for you to hear. You can then hear the Message-backs that the recipients send you in the My Phonevites section.
How do I hear the Messages from the recipients of my message?
Go to the My Phonevites page and click the appropriate Phonevite™.
Click on "Call Detail Records" to see the list of all phone calls within the Phonevite™.
Under each number called, you will see a Play link, if there is a Message-back. To hear it, just click Play.
