1.What plans/promotions do you offer?
Currently, we offer prepaid plans of $9.80, $50.00, $100.00 and $200.00. Please see our pricing page for current promotions.
3.Do you offer any volume discounts?
Yes. We provide a greater bonus of added dollars / calls the higher the prepaid amount. Please see our pricing page for current promotions. For example, with a purchase of a $200 prepaid plan, you obtain a 10% bonus, the equivalent of an additional $20 or 400 calls.
4.What credit cards do you accept?
Currently, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. We plan to offer more payment options in the future. Please send us your feedback to email@example.com.
5.Are your credit card transactions secure?
Absolutely. We have obtained Thawte's Secure Extended Validation SSL Certificate capable of up to 256-bit encryption combined with the strongest identity authentication standard available today. Thawte is a division of Verisign, Inc.
6.What if I don't have a credit card or want to pay through other means?
While secure credit card transactions remain our main method of accepting payments, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for alternative payment arrangements. We can receive payments via check, Paypal and/or wire transfer, but the funds will be added to your account only after the payment amounts have been fully cleared and made available by our bank.
7.What if I want to add more than $200 at a time or want to establish a corporate account?
For large volume customers with established corporate credit, we can arrange invoice payments. Please contact email@example.com for this type of arrangement.
